Oscars 2010: Red Carpet Photos – Vera Farmiga

There are a whole lotta ruffles on Vera Farmiga’s dress at the 82nd Academy Awards. A LOTTA ruffles. And pink ruffles at that.

I’m just not sure I like this one. It seems like maybe she’s channeling one of those bright fish at the bottom of the ocean that you see on those Discovery Channel specials.
